2 weeks after surgery

Nugget is back to being  herself,  the incisions are healed.   I removed her cone yesterday and she took the last of her meds.   imagePetey is being very gentle with her.   (Photo above) they wanted the some bed, even the one behind it allow them both to lay down.   She plays a lightly then sleeps.  I can only think she is building her muscles and coordination.  So a little play then rest, more rest through.

imageBut her favorite place to be is outside, just watching life go by.  She barks at the neighbors, and is still scared of the garbage truck.  I still training her to stay of the furniture, so she lays in her little bed or if Petey is there she will sleep in the crate with the door open.

Nugget sleeps in the crate at night, and stay in the crate when I am gone.  But she is now spending more time with us.

We are all happy.

    HAPPY TWO WEEK AMPUVERSARY NUGGET

Yeah, it takes a lot of effort for tripawds to walk around so they do tire easily. Nugget will get stronger though and become more and more coordinated and confident.

Ice cream a d cake for the celebration!!

    Hugs!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
